The World’s Greatest Catwalk Wants You

The upcoming Copenhagen Fashion Week from August 11

will include The World’s Greatest Catwalk for the very first time. And you have the chance to join as a model.

12 girls from all over Europe will now get a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of the 250 professional models at World’s Greatest Catwalk. Helena Christensen will be the protector.

The World’s Greatest Catwalk, with its 1609 meters of red carpet is going to be the longest runway ever. For the first time the world will witness more than 100.000 spectators to a single fashion-show. The show will also be broadcasted all over the world and shown live on the Internet.

"Strøget" between Copenhagen City Hall and Kongens Nytorv, will be transformed into a fashion universe of more than 1000 shops/restaurants, flashlights, music and models.

Copenhagen Fashion Council will find a winner from each country that will be represented at The World’s Greatest Catwalk. The countries are Sweden, Norway, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Finland, United Kingdom, Ireland and Denmark.

If you are the chosen one to represent your country, you will get to bring a friend to Copenhagen fashion week for 2 days. Included are flights, hotel and the final fashion party.
