The project!

As an International Sales Specialist for AWWG, you will be responsible for providing a complete service to external clients during the sales period, ensuring the Pepe Jeans Shoes & Kids collections are successfully presented and sold across the largest possible number of wholesale points in Spain.

What will the role entail?

• Create a cohesive and appealing story of the Pepe Jeans Shoes & Kids collections to present to customers.
• Support remote and digital selling activities, particularly with E-commerce customers.
• Support the Wholesale Sales team throughout the complete selling process, from the showroom selling campaign through to the final shipment to the customer.
• Monitor competitors' products, collections, and prices both online and in stores.
• Arrange and maintain product displays in the showroom, ensuring the collections are presented in an attractive and commercial way and demonstrating key product features.
• Coordinate the final shipment of products to customers, ensuring orders are followed up correctly and delivered on time.
• Analyze the season, including customer performance, sales results, and relevant market research.
• Prospect and identify new customers and potential wholesale opportunities for the Pepe Jeans Shoes & Kids business.
• Create and maintain tools to support the sales process, such as reports, product books, presentations, and other commercial materials.
• Provide product training and presentations to sales teams, highlighting key product features, selling points, and commercial arguments.
• Carry out regular sales analysis and follow up on sales performance throughout the season.
• Maintain daily communication with other departments, such as Customer Service and Credit Control, to ensure effective customer order follow-up and resolution of any issues.
• Support the Wholesale Sales team in achieving commercial objectives and ensuring the correct representation of the Pepe Jeans Shoes & Kids collections across the market.

Requirements:

• At last 2 years of experience in a Sales/Showroom/Commercial role.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
• Knowledgeable in Excel.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
