Delphine Arnault, the 32-year old daughter of LVMH chairman Bernard Arnault will be joining the board of Emilio Pucci. The younger Arnault is already on the board of Spanish leather goods and fashion house Loewe and has also been a board member of LVMH since 2003. She has worked for John Galliano and management consultancy firm McKinsey & Co and is also a senior vice president of marketing at Christian Dior.

According to LVMH, Delphine will be able to share her fashion experience and knowledge of international markets with Pucci. The fashion house, which just celebrated its 60 th anniversary, was taken over by LVMH in 2000. Since then, turnover has grown 600 percent. In spite of this, Pucci has changed artistic directors three times since the takeover, indicating unrest within the company. British designer Matthew Williamson is currently at the artistic helm and will show his fourth collection for the house this fall. Meanwhile, the company appointed a new general manager in March. Didier Drouet joined Pucci from jewellery house Poiray.
