JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Store Operations Supervisor to join our team in La Roca on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Reporting into the store leadership team, you will lead a team of two colleagues while ensuring operational excellence across the store. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional employee and customer experience through strong leadership, effective execution and a continuous focus on service and efficiency. At Burberry, you will help create an environment where our people can thrive and our customers experience the very best of our brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, coach and support a team of two, fostering an inclusive and high-performing store environment.
Champion the employee experience by driving engagement, development and positive team behaviours.
Deliver a seamless customer journey by ensuring operational excellence and a consistently elevated service experience.
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring processes, standards and compliance requirements are executed effectively.
Support commercial performance by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and service delivery.
Collaborate with store leadership to drive business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the La Roca store.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Previous experience in a retail store operations, supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities.
A people-focused leader who enjoys developing others and building positive team relationships.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate across different teams.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.
Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
